Introducing IHCNO’s Executive Director: Maggie Barlow

As Executive Director for IHCNO, Maggie has primary responsibility for ensuring that the Management Excellence Inc. (MEI) management team provides top-level services to accomplish IHCNO’s goals and objectives and board liaison.
Maggie has been with MEI for eleven years, and she brings more than 20 years’ experience in nonprofit management and consulting, working with a wide variety of organizations from start-up to mature nonprofits. Her expertise is in organizational management, strategic planning, board training, communications, program development, grant writing and management, and compliance. Her grant writing skills have helped the Dayton community realize more than $12 million in new funds from federal, state, local governments, and private foundations.
Maggie holds a bachelor’s degree in education from the University of Dayton and serves on the Board of Dayton Access Television. She is a Certified Association Executive (CAE) from the American Society of Association Executives.
